Crew Rankings
There are different rankings in Syndicate SD, each with a specific and important role for the crew's success.
Syndicate Don
These two ladies are the ultimate bosses and decision makers, also known as SD and kris. This is the highest rank in Syndicate SD.
Underboss
The Underboss is second in command overall and assists in making decisions when SD or kris are unable to do so. Each Underboss does his or her part to uniquely help the crew. Additional responsibilities include promoting, demoting, and removing crew members according to the standards established by SD.
Uomini D’onore – Men of Honor
In the world of syndicates and mafias, this title is reserved for those who have loyally served for a long time. This title is an honor to obtain.
Criteria to earn this rank:
Each member of this rank must be part of the crew at least nine consecutive months.
Each member of this rank must maintain at least three stars each month.
How to apply:
Each applicant must verify he or she fits all the criteria.
Each applicant must submit an application to Snakedog answering the following questions:
1. How do you positively impact Syndicate SD?
2. What is your favorite part of the crew?
3. How did you become a part of the syndicate?
Caporegime
This is a high ranking member in the Syndicate, who has been approved by a Don or Underboss to be a part of the family. To maintain this ranking and membership in the Syndicate, one must adhere to elevator standards determined by SD.
Criteria to earn this rank:
Each member of this rank must maintain at least three stars each month.
Associate
This person is "connected" to Syndicate SD but has not been made a family member by a Don or Underboss.
